    The staff are friendly and helpful. I booked a deluxe room with ocean view and it was just great despite the minimalistic decor. The view was stunning. The swimming pools were nice too with good bar and pool service. Thanks to Paula, Maureen, Francis for nice reception and restaurant service. The driver, Francis, who took us to the airport was excellent and the transfer cost reasonable.

    The communication with the hotel prior to arrival. Questions remained unanswered. The beach near the hotel is not good for swimming.

    I found location one of the best things of the hotel. Yes, there is a bumpy road on the way, but it took me only 15-20 minutes. It actually makes the place secluded and perfect to disconnect. Besides, the territory of the hotel is very big, so you do not feel the crowd at all. The security is aslo very good. So, it is like an oasis. The rooms are big, so you do not feel the heat. What's more, there were no insects at all during my stay )). This hotel is developing in a good direction and at a good pace. A very good thing is that you can always comminicate your problems and/or concerns and the management always does their best to address any issue. I trully enjoyed my stay.

    Very good breakfast, lots of choices on the menu. The restaurant setting is well decorated and the location is idyllic.

    Dinner service was quite slow, given the amount of guests present. WiFi connection in room was nonexistent.
